Foundational Qualifications Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience Understanding of software development fundamentals Experience or exposure to object-oriented programming and web development Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset Technical Skills (Experience-Based) Backend development experience (C#/.NET or similar technologies) Front-end development using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) Knowledge of version control (Git) and collaborative workflows Modern Engineering & AI (Preferred) Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Exposure to application security and identity standards (OAuth, OpenID) Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) Career Growth & Development This Role Supports a Wide Range Of Career Paths Early Career: Build foundational skills with mentorship and guided development Mid-Level: Take ownership of features and expand technical depth Senior-Level: Lead design decisions, mentor others, and shape engineering practices We Actively Invest In Our Engineers Through Hands-on learning and real-world problem solving AI and modern engineering skill development Clear advancement paths across technical and leadership tracks Salary Range $77,762.70 - $180,082.10 + bonus In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good-faith estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
