Plumbing TechnicianThe Plumbing Technician is responsible for all aspects of the initial sale, installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This includes installing and repairing sinks, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related service and install calls.Provide a Good, Better, Best estimate on every call.Serve the clients of 1 Tom Plumber by expertly servicing customers' entire plumbing systems.The ability to generate $40,000+ per month in revenue.Wear floor savers while in the client's home and maintain a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled service.Always explain to the client the service you are performing. Explain and show the client how 1 Tom Plumber provides superior service.Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.Re-check all plumbing repairs and installations after completion to ensure everything is working properly and that we did indeed fix it right the first time.Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.Maintain your truck so that it is neat and clean inside and out at all times.
