Position Overview

The Material Handler plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, supporting shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and production. You'll operate a variety of material-handling equipment, fulfill orders accurately, and help keep products moving efficiently throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking Pick and pack orders using pick sheets and RF scanners with accuracy and speed
• Material Movement Transport products using pallet jacks and forklifts
• Forklift Operation Operate reach trucks, stand-up, and sit-down forklifts
• Truck Loading Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments safely
• Pallet Building Build pallets and prepare materials for shipment or storage
• Shipping & Receiving Support dock operations and verify incoming/outgoing materials
• Inventory Tracking Update counts and transactions using the Epicor ERP system
• Cross-Department Support Assist multiple departments and production teams as needed

Qualifications

• Warehouse Experience prior warehouse experience required
• Forklift Skills 1+ year operating reach, stand-up, or sit-down forklifts
• Shipping/Receiving Experience is a plus
• Tech Comfort Able to use RF scanners and basic computer systems
• Physical Ability Lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Teamwork Flexible, reliable, and strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
