Material Handler – Multiple Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, Weekend)

Location: Elk River, MN

Pay: $20.50–$25.50/hr (Contract‑to‑Hire)

We’re looking for dependable, motivated Material Handlers to support warehouse and production operations in a clean, organized, and safety‑focused environment. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and learning new skills, this is a great opportunity to grow into a long‑term role.

Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM (Mon–Thurs)
• Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun compressed schedule (great for those who want weekdays free)

• Pick and pack orders using pick sheets and RF scanners
• Load and unload trucks manually or with equipment
• Move materials using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
• Build and break down pallets for shipments
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Rotate between departments based on daily needs

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Willingness to learn new tasks and support multiple departments

• 1+ year forklift experience (reach truck, stand‑up, sit‑down, or tugger)
• Experience using RF scanners
• Basic computer skills (SAP, Excel, etc.)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $25.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Elk River,MN.
