Position Overview
The Material Handler plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, supporting shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and production. You'll operate a variety of material-handling equipment, fulfill orders accurately, and help keep products moving efficiently throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities
- Order Picking Pick and pack orders using pick sheets and RF scanners with accuracy and speed
- Material Movement Transport products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Forklift Operation Operate reach trucks, stand-up, and sit-down forklifts
- Truck Loading Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments safely
- Pallet Building Build pallets and prepare materials for shipment or storage
- Shipping & Receiving Support dock operations and verify incoming/outgoing materials
- Inventory Tracking Update counts and transactions using the Epicor ERP system
- Cross-Department Support Assist multiple departments and production teams as needed
Qualifications
- Warehouse Experience prior warehouse experience required
- Forklift Skills 1+ year operating reach, stand-up, or sit-down forklifts
- Shipping/Receiving Experience is a plus
- Tech Comfort Able to use RF scanners and basic computer systems
- Physical Ability Lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Teamwork Flexible, reliable, and strong work ethic

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
