ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member and completed the Aspirant Program, which provided valuable experience and prepared me to build an agency focused on growth, development, and customer service.

I graduated from Susquehanna University with a degree in Economics. I’m married with one daughter, and outside of work my family enjoys spending weekends at the Jersey Shore, watching sports, and making memories together. I stay involved in the community as a member of the local Rotary Club and enjoy building relationships with the people and businesses around us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mark Armstrong - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
