About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Divisional Lead for Property and Casualty Insurance. This role is ideal for a high-performing, entrepreneurial producer with a strong desire for ownership, leadership, and leaving a legacy in the industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a division or a specific geography, with a focus on team building, growth, and regaining control of their career trajectory. The role is initially hands-on, with an emphasis on trading and developing new business, and is suited to individuals who are ambitious, have a successful track record, and are ready to make a significant impact. Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President, Divisional Lead include developing and executing a strategic plan for the division, mentoring and developing a team, and being at the helm of the practice to support the team's success. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, with a clear vision for the future and the ability to inspire and motivate others. While a moveable book is not a requirement, a solid plan for the first three years is essential.
