Accounting Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Accounting Manager will also supervise a team of accounting professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial data. Get paid daily Responsibilities Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations within the accounting department, including accounts payable, daily income journals, general ledger, and fixed assets. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Analyze financial data and provide guidance and recommendations to senior management on financial matters and strategies. Oversee the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings. Manage the annual audit process and work with auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards. Supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing training, guidance, and support as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting. CPA designation preferred. 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with at least 2 years in a management role. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr InnVentures
