Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our lead generation team. This centralized team serves as the core engine for generating and qualifying new leads, playing a pivotal role in driving initial engagement and setting the stage for our Sales Executives to close deals. The BDR’s primary responsibility is to convert researched leads into scheduled appointments, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects for deeper engagement by the sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong research skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead Research & Qualification: Identify, research, and qualify new leads to ensure they meet the company’s target profile and align with the solutions offered. Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms to generate interest and build relationships. Initial Contact: Make the first touchpoint to assess interest and introduce our company’s capabilities. Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified leads for appointments with Sales Executives Utilization of CRM & Marketing Tools: Leverage CRM systems and marketing tools to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. Demonstration of Capabilities: When appropriate, showcase the company’s core competencies to ensure prospects understand the value being offered. Objective: The primary goal is to ensure a consistent and efficient process for lead generation, resulting in a steady stream of qualified prospects delivered to Sales Executives. The BDR serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a smooth handoff and faster progression through the sales cycle. Qualifications: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to research and analyze prospective leads effectively. Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing tools. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude. Compensation: $55-65K base + bonuses + commissions up to $150 OTE Quota: Minimum of 20 appointments scheduled per month. Bonus Structure: Bonuses for appointments set and completed.
