You will support mission planning, technical analysis, operations coordination, and systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) activities tied to flight operations, ground site operations, modeling and simulation, and mission execution.We are seeking a SETA Mission Support Member to provide mid-to-senior-level technical and operational support in the National Capital Region. The ideal candidate has an active TS/SCI with Polygraph, direct Intelligence Community experience, a technical background in aerospace, astronautics, electrical engineering, physics, or a related discipline, and the ability to work in a SCIF in support of sensitive mission operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide SETA mission support to government customers across technical, operational, and programmatic mission areasSupport mission planning, coordination, and execution activities involving flight operations, ground site operations, and related mission systemsApply technical expertise in aerospace, astronautics, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field to assess mission concepts, system performance, and operational readinessSupport modeling and simulation activities, including scenario development, analysis, mission performance assessment, and technical evaluation of operational conceptsCoordinate with government, SETA, FFRDC, UARC, industry, and mission partner stakeholders in classified environmentsDevelop, review, and delivery technical products, briefings, analyses, and recommendations for government leadership and mission stakeholdersSupport operational planning and issue resolution in a SCIF environmentMaintain awareness of mission priorities, operational schedules, system constraints, and ground site activities affecting executionSupport a flexible work schedule as required to meet mission, operational, and customer needsRequired QualificationsActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph10+ years of relevant experience supporting Intelligence Community, Department of War, or national security missionsPrior Intelligence Community experienceAbility to work in a SCIFTechnical background in aerospace engineering, astronautical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a related technical disciplineExperience supporting IC flight operations and ground site operationsStrong analytical, written, and verbal communications skillsAbility to develop high-quality technical products, briefings, and recommendations for senior government stakeholdersAbility to work in a fast-paced, classified mission environment with changing priorities and time-sensitive requirementsAbility to support a flexible work schedule#qinetiqclearedjobPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Astronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM disciplineExperience supporting space, airborne, ISR, or national technical means missionsExperience working across government, SETA, FFRDC, UARC, and industry stakeholder teamsExperience supporting operational readiness reviews, mission rehearsals, technical interchange meetings, or ground system integration activitiesFamiliarity with mission assurance, systems engineering, test and evaluation, or operational analysis in classified environmentsPay TransparencyThe salary range for this role is  $150,000 - $200,000  USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
