Central Scheduler

Works in a high‑level, fast‑paced, rapidly growing plaintiffs’ personal injury firm, providing superb executive support to the Administrative and Legal divisions of the firm. Must answer heavy call volumes, process intake information, schedule appointments for 15+ attorneys and paralegals, and provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients. This position emphasizes multitasking several different tasks simultaneously and requires exemplary attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and desire to work well in a group setting.
