Responsibilities Conduct video interviews with candidates across a wide variety of industries and functions, including executive, operations, sales, finance, marketing, healthcare, and technology roles Review position details, candidate resumes, and screening materials prior to interviews Ask thoughtful follow-up questions and adapt interviews based on candidate responses Assess candidate qualifications, communication style, motivation, and overall fit Provide detailed written interview summaries, insights, and recommendations Maintain a polished, professional, and engaging candidate experience Manage interview availability through a shared scheduling calendar Ideal Candidate 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within an agency or executive search environment Exceptional communication and interviewing skills Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand new industries and roles Comfortable interviewing candidates ranging from individual contributors through executive leadership Naturally curious and skilled at probing beneath surface-level answers Able to quickly switch between different industries, clients, and position types Highly organized, dependable, and professional Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting multiple video interviews each day Nice to Have Executive search experience Experience recruiting across multiple industries and functions Experience writing detailed candidate summaries or interview reports Compensation: Approximately $40/hour, depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr recrewts
