Currently, we are specializing in energy, construction, real estate, and other niche areas. Newport is looking to expand into new underserviced practice areas or continue expansion into existing areas. If you’re a forward-thinking recruiter who’s clearly demonstrated success in his/her own practice or discipline, we’re committed to building around you. Most experienced recruiters may feel reluctant to change because they have to start over. With our innovative and aggressive growth strategy, we will recruit, train, and build subordinate recruiters to support you in your own individual practice group.
