HR/Recruiting Senior Coordinator

Law firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Palo Alto office. Responsibilities Coordinate summer program events, including training sessions, mentoring initiatives, feedback collection, oral review meetings, onboarding and separations, expenses, etc. Manage venue selection and handling of vendor contracts for venue, transportation, etc. Support on-campus recruitment process including registration, candidate scheduling, data entry, and collect feedback Provide candidate information on offers extended/accepted, candidates pending, etc., diversity data, tracks decisions and updates records to Hiring Committee Assist with HR transactions, HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance Manage rewards program coordination and/or administration, relocation services (domestic and international); immigration services and HR related training Provides assistance and training to junior employees Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required At least 2+ years of HR generalist experience within a corporate/professional services environment required Proficiency in Microsoft Office required Knowledge of local California labor requirements required Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
