Senior Recruiter and Principal at Busby Park Recruiting LLC Top-tier law firm seeks Senior Legal Recruiting Assistant for its Century City office. The assistant will focus on recruitment, coordination of trainings and events, event planning and attendance, database management, and special projects. The Recruiting Assistant will take the lead with all aspects of on-campus recruiting and related events, lateral interview process (scheduling, preparing schedules, gathering evaluations, etc.), and maintaining the applicant tracking database. Requirements: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general business software and operating systems, with the ability to learn new software and database systems. College degree preferred and a minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative/clerical role in a law firm or other professional services firm. Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Legal and Human Resources / Industry: Law Practice and Legal Services Base pay range: $66,000 – $73,000 per year.
