Phone-Based Student Services Counselor - Enrollment Support

Ohio State University

The Ohio State University is seeking Buckeye Link Counselors in Columbus to support students and families by phone, email and in-person, guiding them through financial aid, billing, admissions and student records. This full-time hourly position emphasizes empathy, problem solving, and clear communication.
