Having developed more than a dozen buildings, largely in Downtown Brooklyn, the firm has cultivated strategic institutional and community relationships. Lonicera Partners will grow to encompass buildings in Manhattan and Greenwich, Connecticut in the future.Lonicera Marketing Group (Lonicera's Marketing and Leasing entity) is focused on the leasing and marketing of Lonicera Partner's developments.THE ROLE:Lonicera Marketing Group is looking for a Leasing Manager who will lead leasing, pricing, marketing and reporting for roughly 331 market rate units (474 total units) at 310 Livingston and 17 Hanover. This role will be onsite in downtown Brooklyn. The position will require work on Saturdays and Sundays with days off taken during the week. The Leasing Manager will report to the Vice President of Leasing and Marketing.Responsibilities:Manage, train and support the Leasing team and on-site administrative staffProvide oversight and guidance to the property management team and its policiesAttend meetings with the on-site team, ownership, management and consultantsManage renewals and re-rentals for 310 Livingston and 17 HanoverReview applications and submit the for approvalKeep the leasing office and model units tour-ready and in mint condition at all timesTake on onsite Agent duties including tours and renewalsOversee pricing and advise ownership on pricing strategyOversee advertising and broker blasts/OP: budget, implementation and approvalsPrepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports with the Leasing TeamUse data to drive decision-making processes when advising ownership as well as leasing staffMaintain reporting systems and data accuracyGive the on-site team the tools, documents and information to run the office smoothlyMaintain the office administrator's procedure sheet, including front desk operationsSupport the Leasing Team with administrative work as neededQualifications:3+ years of residential leasing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial capacity.Active New York State Broker or Sales Person Real Estate License is a mustStrong knowledge of both stabilized and lease-up environments.Familiarity with the Downtown Brooklyn rental market preferred.Proficiency in Yardi, RealPage, Knock, Entrata, or similar CRM/property management platforms. xhyhwjd Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferredExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillWillingness to work weekends and extended hours during peak seasons.Active New York State Broker or Sales Person Real Estate License is a mustBachelors Degree preferred, but not required
