Leasing Manager - Apartment Community

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Leasing Manager to join our team at the Mission Hill Apartments in Albuquerque. We are offering up to $20/hrs plus $75 leasing commissions, renewal bonuses, two-weeks paid time off, 9 paid holidays, medical dental and vision insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Assists in maintaining a resident relations program Monitoring "curb appeal" to maintain a welcoming community atmosphere Maintaining the appearance of mode units Performs additional functions from time to time as requested by the Property Manager Knowledge, Skills ,and Experience Required: Minimum of 3 year experience in multifamily housing Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software Have good verbal and written communication Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Must-engage enthusiastically withprospective and current residents.
