Human Resources Director

The Opportunity

A high-growth entertainment platform is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the full people function, reporting directly to senior leadership. This individual will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on operator, overseeing all aspects of HR while partnering closely with executives in a fast-paced, personality-driven environment.

This is a true end-to-end leadership role with ownership across people strategy, employee experience, benefits, and HR operations within a dynamic creative business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full HR function for the organization, managing and developing a small-to-mid-sized HR team

• Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute people strategy aligned with business goals

• Oversee annual benefits renewal, working directly with brokers and insurers to negotiate and implement competitive programs

• Own onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle experience

• Manage employee relations matters with discretion, sound judgment, and strong instincts

• Build and refine HR processes, policies, and infrastructure to support a growing and evolving business

Note this role operates fully on-site.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading the full HR function for an SME or standalone business unit

• Proven track record of managing benefits renewals and vendor relationships

• Strong HR generalist background with hands-on operational capability

• Comfort operating in a high-energy, creative, and executive-facing environment

• Demonstrated ability to drive change, build process, and elevate HR operations
