Job Description As a Security Officer - Overnight Patrol in Phoenix, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist with access control and badge procedures. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.62 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions taken in accordance with site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel. Maintain clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least one year of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
