Field HR Generalist: ER, Compliance & Acquisition Support

Certus Pest, Inc. seeks a Senior HR Generalist to provide field-based HR support to team members and leaders, ensuring consistent execution of HR practices, responsive case handling, and strong follow-through on company initiatives. You will resolve ER cases, manage investigations, back up field HR partners, support acquisitions, and drive open enrollment, wellness events, and annual merit cycles across sites.
