Field HR Generalist — ER, Investigations & Acquisitions
Certus Pest Inc.
Certus Pest Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to provide field-based HR support for teams and leaders, ensuring consistent HR practices and timely case handling. You will act as the first-line HR partner, reporting to the Field HR Operations team and backing up peers as needed. The role requires 5-7 years of HR experience, with direct California employment law knowledge, multi-state compliance, and proficiency with HRIS, Office tools, and HR reporting.
