Licensed Pharmacist Contract Position

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements:

• Must have State License to Apply
• Pharmacist license in the state of practice: Required
• All licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level: Required
• Candidates must have EPIC and Cerner experience within the last 5 years and have worked as an employee of an organization / successfully completed a contract.
• Each work history entry must list the charting system used.
• If multiple EMR systems are listed on one job, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used.
• Must pass IV training.
• Must be familiar with pediatric and neonatal age groups.

Assignment Details:

• 40 hours per week.
• Variable schedule of 4 x 10s.
• No RTO is allowed.
