Dates of Need: Full time need starting as soon as privileged (~Oct start), ongoing likely through next Spring

Shift Times: 7:00am-5:00pm

Lunch: Lunch at noon, unpaid

Provider Min # Shifts Required: Full time coverage need

Guaranteed Hours per Day: 10

Hours Worked for OT to apply: 10 per day

Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call (Weekend call will be 12 hour days, prorated from 24 hour call rate with 1.5 hrs gratis), Call-Back.

Additional Details: Seeking experienced Neurosurgery NP, PA. First assist would be a bonus but it is not necessary. Provider would be working 4/10s per week with occasional weekend call coverage on Saturday and Sunday, 12 hours 7a-7p on requested days. Provider would round and then be on beeper call.
