Associate Vice President, Employee Communications

Agilent seeks an Employee Communications Director to develop and execute global internal communications strategies that engage 18,000 employees worldwide. The role manages a three-person team, oversees multi-channel content production, and partners with senior leadership to translate business priorities into compelling narratives aligned with company culture.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute employee communications strategy aligned with Enterprise Communications priorities
• Lead and manage three-person team while collaborating across communications and company functions
• Oversee production and distribution of content to 18,000 employees across multiple channels and platforms
• Develop compelling campaigns and content for global initiatives; maintain editorial calendar and measure success
• Serve as trusted advisor to CHRO and HR Leadership on communications strategy and tactics

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of internal communications experience
• Degree in communications, journalism, or related field preferred
• Proven track record developing and executing global communications strategies at scale
• Exceptional copywriting, editing, and AP style proficiency
• People management experience with demonstrated team leadership ability
• Strong proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, and intranet management
• Ability to capture CEO voice and shape internal communications narrative

Compensation: $179,931-$315,300 base plus bonus, stock, and benefits
