Video Editor And Digital DesignerAbility to edit existing brand video footage into new cuts & versions in different formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)History working on creative for performance marketing creative principles (conversion focused design, thumb stopping visuals, clear CTAs)Proven ability to quickly produce large quantities of static and Motion GIF style assetsAbility to take a design brief, and push/build based on unique design/creative strategy perspective (not just executor)Experience using AI tools for content generation to create net-new video / motion content from still photos, prompts, and/or existing footageWorks on numerous assignments across a broad range of marketing material, including landing pages, email templates, and social media adsDesigns, produces and manages digital marketing mediaExecute and guide projects from conception to roll out, ensuring appropriate design strategyCollaborates with the digital solutions group and marketing managers, ensuring that all designs align with the brand and marketing objectives while meeting usability and website standardsInfluences and guides the digital marketing strategy through the visual experience and digital brandTransforms concepts into intuitive high-performing digital marketing materialsPresents design ideas, concepts, and prototypes with marketing managers, collaborating to achieve project goalsEducation and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years experience in digital design or related field (UX, UI, web design, visual design, graphic design, etc.) Or 10+ years of equivalent work-related experience
