About the Role:

Weber Recovery Center LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Director to lead our team in providing exceptional care to individuals on their path to recovery. Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs tailored to client needs.

Supervise and support clinical staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client progress and treatment effectiveness.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions to promote best practices in clinical care.

Engage in community outreach and partnership development to expand service offerings.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; Doctorate preferred.

Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment and mental health.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.

Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR KIPU) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
