Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Contract

Requirements: Michigan RN License 2+ years of straight medical surgical nursing experience Level II or I Trauma experience (required) BLS Certification (AHA)

Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Utilize clinical pathways and evidence-based practices to ensure quality patient outcomes. Provide patient-centered care while maintaining a focus on safety and patient education. Demonstrate effective communication with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams. Participate in professional development through continuous learning and engagement with shared governance activities.

Compliance / Notes: Attendance policy: Three-strike policy in place for attendance, where absences or tardiness may result in termination. Orientation programs are held for new team members to ensure effective learning and adaptation.
