Senior Marketer — Southern California (based in Long Beach) Location: Long Beach, CA Sports Basement is growing in Southern California, and we’re looking for a Senior Marketer to lead community-based marketing across our SoCal stores — driving awareness, building community connections, and bringing new customers through the doors. This role is about building demand region-wide: embedding Sports Basement into our SoCal communities through partnerships, events, and local storytelling that drive real traffic, real loyalty, and real impact. It’s equal parts community builder, event operator, team leader, and strategic marketer. Salary: $70,500-$90,000, exempt position. Specific starting wages are dependent on location and experience. The Role The Senior Marketer owns community-based marketing for the Southern California region and leads the SoCal marketing team, with Long Beach as the home base. You’ll help shape Sports Basement’s regional marketing strategy as we expand, working closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing and the regional Store GMs to drive in‑store traffic, partnerships, and brand presence — locally and beyond. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role with real ownership and room to build.
