Oncology Sales Specialist

Role: Territory Account Specialist supporting key accounts within a designated geography, focusing on demand generation and strategic account engagement to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities: navigate and resolve account challenges, develop territory plans aligned with shared priorities, collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, leverage market insights, and utilize digital omni-channel tools for personalized customer engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 2+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar sectors involving large, dispersed sales teams; proven high-performance in account management and customer engagement; valid driver’s license with ability to travel 60-80%. Preferred: experience across therapeutic areas, disease states, market access, and product launches. High-Value: customer-facing role emphasizing clinical and account-based selling, access navigation, and omni-channel engagement, with a focus on complex healthcare products and services.
