A well-established and growing law firm in Irvine is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. The firm represents a diverse range of clients, including corporations, financial institutions, and businesses, in complex commercial disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
• Conduct legal research and prepare client-ready memoranda
• Manage depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy and execution

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in California
• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Experience managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – 275,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
