Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of large‑scale, complex projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, budget and quality expectations. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, timelines, resource requirements, budgets and success metrics while proactively monitoring progress and mitigating risks. Partner with cross‑functional teams, business leaders and key stakeholders to gather requirements, establish priorities, allocate resources and keep alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, assess and resolve project issues, escalating risks appropriately to minimize impact on deliverables and timelines. Facilitate project governance through regular status meetings, performance tracking and executive reporting, providing clear visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies and overall project health. Serve as the primary liaison across business and technical teams to secure resources, coordinate contributions and ensure project objectives are achieved while delivering exceptional outcomes and client satisfaction. What you’ll own Manage projects that span one or two business segments or involve corporate shared‑service resources such as Software Development, Information Security, IT Development, Customer Service, and Training. Handle projects requiring simple to moderately complex customizations of standard processes. Create and manage project plans that support the solution or product, generally modifying existing products to meet business requirements. Monitor time, scope and cost against identified requirements, identifying early issues and escalating as needed. Collaborate, negotiate and resolve issues, including conflict management with internal and external stakeholders as delivery issues arise or scope changes are requested. Gather project sizing information, ensure accurate estimation, billing and project accounting. Track budgets, seek opportunities to increase revenue through value‑added services and lower delivery costs to maximize project team productivity. Make decisions within established processes, and when necessary recommend actions beyond standard guidelines. Collaborate with Legal, Procurement and Finance to manage budgeting, contractual responsibilities and associated impacts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent training and work experience. Minimum of four (4) years of relevant project management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a bonus. Skills & Knowledge Deep understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to resolve a wide range of issues creatively. Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Strong networking with senior internal and external personnel in the area of expertise. Solid industry knowledge to manage projects and adapt deliverables over time. Experience with budgeting, contract management, and value‑added services such as consulting and test support.
