Utility Operator

Shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd

Pay: $18 - $20/hr

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our growing manufacturing operation as Utility Operators. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values safety, teamwork, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
• Prepare materials, supplies, and packaging for production
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and communicate concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or production experience is preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
