Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Assembly Technician.

Position Type: Full-time Contract, Possible Contract to Hire
Duration: 12months
Location: Tempe, AZ 85281
Shift: 9/80 Every other Friday off, 2nd shift is – 2:30PM– 1:00AM; On Friday 2:30PM – 12:00AM

As an Assembly Technician you will be:

• Work in a clean room environment, responsible for operating various tools in the production of MCP.
• Will include machine set up, running and minor preventive maintenance duties.
• Utilize various tools for data entry of product movement and other electronic applications.
• Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols.
• This includes wearing a bunny suit and appropriate PPE as required.
• Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
• Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
• Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Must have good computer skills(Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.

 
Ideal Candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum or 4 years prior relevant experience or 2 years post- Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related manufacturing work experience.

 
Preferred Skills:

• Good hand/eye coordination
• Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks
• High level of attention to detail
• Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs
• Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as required

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:  
Pay Range*: $20 to $21/per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
