THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who will serve as the primary relationship owner for our client portfolio. The person who knows every brand inside and out, keeps clients informed and confident, and makes sure the internal team is always working toward the right goals.

 

This role was created because we’re growing. Our CEO, Mark Young, has built deep relationships with every client and this person will step in as his trusted extension, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every client feels like they’re getting our full attention. You’ll be the connective tissue between what clients need and what the team delivers.

 

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone seasoned. Someone who has owned relationships at the executive level, can run a client call without a script, and knows how to manage expectations, surface issues early, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of client brands — owning the relationship day to day
• Lead client calls, check-ins, and quarterly reviews with confidence and preparation
• Keep clients informed on campaign status, deliverables, results, and upcoming activity — without them having to ask
• Work closely with internal creative, performance, and content teams to ensure client needs are clearly understood and consistently met
• Identify issues, misalignments, or risks early and surface them before they become problems
• Translate client feedback into clear internal briefs and direction for the team
• Support client retention and growth by deepening relationships and identifying expansion opportunities
• Maintain organized records of client communications, deliverables, and approvals
• Partner with the CEO on high-priority accounts and strategic client decisions
• Represent Ryze professionally at client meetings, events, and industry touchpoints

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or client services — ideally in a marketing agency or creative services environment
• Proven track record of owning executive-level client relationships and keeping them healthy over time
• Strong communicator — clear, warm, and direct. You write well, speak with authority, and know how to read a room
• Highly organized with strong follow-through — nothing slips, everything gets documented, and you own your action items
• Comfortable working across health, wellness, supplement, or consumer product brands is a strong plus
• Experience in a fast-moving, lean agency environment where you’ve had to wear multiple hats
• Able to collaborate deeply with creative and performance teams — you understand what they do and how to work with them
• Calm under pressure and solution-oriented — when something goes wrong with a client, you’re the steady voice in the room
• Comfortable with AI-powered tools, project management systems (Asana or equivalent), and modern agency workflows
• EOS familiarity is a plus — understanding of Rocks, Scorecards, and accountability structures is valued here
