This role combines machine maintenance with general building maintenance across two locations. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and routine servicing of machinery Diagnose and repair issues related to: Air systems Hydraulic systems Electrical systems Support ongoing machine reliability and uptime Handle general building maintenance, including: Electrical systems Heating and cooling systems Plumbing Structural components (doors, windows, roof, gutters) Communicate with vendors, service technicians, alarm companies, and municipal/fire inspectors Maintain computerized communication records and service coordination Qualifications Proven experience in machine and building maintenance Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Comfortable working at heights Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Computer-capable for vendor and service coordination Dependable and able to work independently across multiple locations Work Schedule Maintenance Hours: To be determined based on operational needs.
