Preferred Experience:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Logistics and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) experience
Enterprise Solution & Functional Architecture
ServiceNow production and non-production environment management
Experience working with Product Owners, Developers, BAs and Delivery Teams
Platform governance, performance optimization and upgrade initiatives

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
