Location & Schedule US-FL-Jupiter Job Schedule: Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Position Type & Pay Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour What You'll Do Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and/or guests by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor vehicle and pedestrian access at residential entry points; verify authorization, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct guests according to community procedures. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required access control records in accordance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
