Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a driving Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and site partners while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, building exteriors, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and property conditions; report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel. Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Ultra driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
