Maintains quality check log and completes production report on a daily basis. Communicates quality, material, and production issues to supervisor by performing the following duties.Duties And ResponsibilitiesReads job specs and procures all applicable toolingSets up the printing equipment to accommodate for job orders and specs in the production runConducts ongoing visual inspection of machine for leaks, loose belts, etc., according to checklistTroubleshoots printing equipmentConducts adjustments as needed to meet customer specificationsPerforms checks for compliance to customer specifications and quality standardsIdentifies and promptly reports to supervisors equipment malfunction, material, safety, and/or quality issuesCompletes record production and quality control worksheet accuratelyPerforms line clearance procedures in the event of a product changePerforms clearance procedures for shift change overComplies with company personnel and safety policies and Good Manufacturing PracticesPerforms special projects and assignments as directed by supervisory personnelObserves operation of machine and verifies conformance of machined work-piece to specificationsDiagnosis and repair of minor mechanical failures
