As a Customer Account Representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers — from initial inquiries and quotes through production and final delivery. You’ll help guide customers through their projects, keep jobs organized and on track, and ensure every client has a great experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow. We value attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn over industry-specific experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Communication
  • Serve as the main contact for customers, answering questions and guiding them through the print process
  • Provide friendly, professional, and timely communication in person, by phone, and by email
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining focus and composure.
• Organization & Job Management
  • Accurately enter and manage customer orders
  • Track job progress and follow up with customers on status and completion
  • Maintain clear notes and documentation to keep projects running smoothly
• Quoting & Order Support
  • Learn how to prepare quotes for print and promotional products
  • Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and ensure accurac
  • Follow established company process flows from start to finish.
• Quality Control
  • Review finished jobs to ensure they meet customer expectations and company standards
• Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with production and design team members to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time
• Growth & Opportunity
  • Identify additional products or services that may benefit customers
  • Build long-term relationships with repeat clients
