If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can seamlessly shift between big-picture planning and tactical HR support, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact. #LI-CC1This is a full-time position that requires you to be in our Raleigh, NC, area office.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGPartner directly with sales leaders to align HR strategy with team growth, talent planning, and performance managementAct as the primary, in-office contact for day-to-day employee inquiries and manager policy guidanceWork with broader HR team to design and deliver core HR programs, including onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relationsRoll out corporate policies and initiatives to assigned teamCollaborate with the broader HR team to manage projects that support key business goals Coach and counsel managers on performance management, career development, and employee relationsHelp develop and update personnel policies, procedures, and the employee handbookAudit and analyze data and recommend methods for continuous improvementStay up-to-date on employment law, compliance, and industry best practices to manage riskWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor’s Degree; HR coursework preferred4+ years of combined HRBP and HR Generalist experience in a growing company, directly supporting senior leadersStrong working knowledge of employment laws, compliance, immigration, and HR best practicesSolid experience in employee relations, performance management, policy development, and learning & developmentProven ability to manage HR projects independently from start to finishClear, adaptable communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levelsProficiency in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, HRIS systems; Workday experience a plusSHRM-CP or PHR preferredA hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude!ABOUT IXL LEARNINGIXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
