Your day-to-day will include: Client Consultations : Connect with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored Auto, Home, Life, and other P&C solutions. Sales Growth: Generate new business through a mix of provided leads, networking, and community outreach. You'll close sales and meet personal production goals with support from the team. Product Expertise: Explain Allstate coverage details, discounts, and benefits clearly so clients feel confident and informed. Relationship Building: Manage your own client portfolio, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and referrals. Requirements Active Texas P&C License (or willingness to obtain it before your start date) Communication Skills: You're comfortable with phones, CRMs, and virtual communication Self-Motivation: You take initiative, work independently, and stay focused during scheduled hours. Detail-Oriented: You record information accurately and minimize errors. Positive Attitude: You create a welcoming environment for clients and teammates alike.
