We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join a leading manufacturing facility in Lexington, TN. This position is ideal for candidates with strong welding experience who take pride in producing high-quality work. Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies.
• Fit, align, and weld parts according to engineering drawings, weld symbols, and specifications.
• Grind, clean, and finish welded products to meet quality standards.
• Inspect completed work using measuring tools and quality instruments.
• Perform occasional TIG and Stick welding as needed.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Strong MIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, prints, and weld symbols.
• Ability to pass a welding test.
• Experience fitting, welding, and fabricating metal components.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TIG and Stick welding.
• Manufacturing or production welding experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
