Job Description
The Customer Service Assistant plays a pivotal role in maintaining our high standard of client satisfaction. In this position, you will serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, supporting daily service operations and ensuring efficient, accurate, and professional communication across all client interactions.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound client communications via phone, email, and internal platforms with accuracy and professional poise.
Assist clients with inquiry resolution, service details, account updates, and general information processing.
Collaborate closely with internal management to streamline continuous workflow and improve response timelines.
Document client interaction records and maintain updated databases within internal administrative software.
Identify recurring client needs and offer timely, practical solutions aligned with company standards.
Qualifications
