Job Description We are seeking an Armed Security Cash Transport Guard (LLV) to join our armed security team. The role involves guarding, preparing, and delivering cash shipments, connecting monetary value from one place to the next, and ensuring safety, precision, and professionalism at every stop. Key Responsibilities Guard and maintain the safety and security of employees, the armored truck, and liability at all times Deliver or pick up valuables at customer locations Dispatch personnel to ensure successful transactions Remain alert and prepared at all times, protecting yourself or premises against attack and watching for accidents that could result in loss Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled during daily business Follow all applicable procedures, policies and regulations relating to the safe and lawful carrying, handling, care, security and use of firearms Provide excellent customer service Guard liability and assets Qualifications Must have: Minimum of 21 years of age Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record Compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation requirements Valid firearms permit or ability to pass licensing requirements Ability to obtain a guard card or other required licenses Chauffeur’s license or ability to obtain one (Indiana, Louisiana, and Michigan residents only) Ability to maintain tactical procedures and complete all required internal training for the position Preferred Qualifications Previous security experience in an armed environment Military background Benefits and Perks Strong, team‑oriented culture with a 160+ year history Robust internal growth potential Uniform and protective equipment provided Insurance (health, dental, life) – full time only 401(k) with company match – full time only Paid Time Off – full time only Fast‑paced work environment with world‑class training and cross‑training opportunities Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Brink’s is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
