Travel Reservation Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Reservation Coordinator to assist clients with planning and booking their travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and comfortable handling multiple reservations and customer requests in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage travel reservations, including flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services. Assist customers with travel planning, booking changes, cancellations, and general inquiries. Research travel options and provide customers with suitable recommendations based on their needs and preferences. Maintain accurate reservation and customer records. Communicate with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other travel partners as needed. Monitor booking details, schedules, confirmations, and changes to ensure a smooth travel experience. Resolve reservation issues promptly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process. Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information. Qualifications Previous experience in travel, reservations, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable using computers, reservation systems, email, and online travel platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Knowledge of travel destinations, booking procedures, or reservation systems is a plus.
