CNC Torin Spring Coiler Setup Technician (Torsion Springs)
JonSpring Co., Inc.
JonSpring Co., Inc. is a well-established spring manufacturing company with more than 40 years of experience producing high-quality precision springs for customers across a wide range of industries.
We are seeking an experienced CNC Torin Spring Coiler Setup Technician with a strong background in torsion spring manufacturing to join our production team.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Torin spring coiling machines
- Produce high-quality torsion springs to customer specifications
- Perform machine programming, adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Read engineering drawings and production documentation
- Verify product quality using precision measuring equipment
- Optimize machine performance and minimize downtime
- Perform routine maintenance and support continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience setting up CNC Torin spring coiling machines (required)
- Experience operating Torin 10-size through 12-size machines
- Torsion spring manufacturing experience is required
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
