Registered Nurse - Pediatric Care

Location: Massachusetts

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 12-hour shifts, floating to Med/Surg or Post-Partum as needed.

Job Description: Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatric Care at a small community hospital. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients while ensuring family involvement and comfort during their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients according to established protocols.
• Monitor and assess patients' health status and respond to changes in their condition.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for both patients and families.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately and promptly.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 3 years of current Pediatric experience (required).
• Experience in Adult Med/Surg preferred.
• Massachusetts RN License (must be uploaded with profile).
• Active certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (American Heart Association).
• Experience with Meditech Expanse strongly preferred.
• BSN preferred.
