Registered Nurse - ICU Night Shift - Lafayette, LA

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do

Provide specialized ICU patient care, monitoring critically ill patients
Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Document patient information accurately in EPIC electronic health records
Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery processes
Adapt care approaches to meet diverse patient needs and privacy standards
Lead and coordinate nursing team resources to ensure high-quality care delivery

What You Need
Required:

Current RN License in Louisiana
BLS and ACLS certifications (from American Heart Association)
Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
Proficiency in EPIC documentation and strong communication skills

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing
Additional certifications in clinical specialty areas
Ability to demonstrate good judgment and interpersonal skills
